We worked with the Montreal Economic Institute to produce animated videos for all ages, to support an awareness campaign.

The Brief

We identified the need for video content to better engage a younger audience—one of MEI’s key objectives. We proposed creating a series of videos using detailed character animation to effectively convey key brand messages

The Process

After an initial scoping session, we developed storyboards and scripts for each video, allowing the client to review and provide feedback before production began. Each scene in the videos was hand-drawn by our animation artist and then animated, complete with custom sound effects to enhance the overall impact.

The character design was specifically created for this project, ensuring consistency by using the same character throughout all the videos. This approach not only helped in maintaining a cohesive visual identity but also made the content more relatable and engaging for the target audience.

The result was a series of animated videos that successfully communicated MEI’s messages while appealing to a younger demographic, reinforcing their presence on social media and beyond.
